+ Các học phần đã học và đủ điều kiện dự thi trong học kỳ 2 năm 2014-2015 và học kỳ IA năm học 2015-2016.

+ Các học phần SV đã học trong các học kỳ trước học kỳ 2 năm 2014-2015 nhưng không còn được giảng dạy hoặc đã thay đổi số tín chỉ trong CTĐT của khóa 54 trở đi.)

Nếu có thắc mắc, SV khiếu nại về Phòng Đào tạo (114B-A1) trước ngày 30/10/2015.
